Yes, providing the reference and documentation criteria is met
All tenants must provide the following documentation as a minimum; a copy of your passport, references and work/student visa (for international tenants).
This will be at the discretion of the manager, providing all normal referencing and documentation approvals are met.
We value the privacy of our clients in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which we process any personal information we collect about you or that you provide to us. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please check back frequently.
We will inform the relevant companies of your moving in details which will include the opening meter readings. Thereafter, they will forward all correspondence directly to you and then it will become your responsibility.
You may pay your rent via cash, bank transfer or cheque.
You will need to call one of the staff here at Mintland Properties Ltd as soon as possible so that we may discuss the options.
You may serve notice in writing via email or post. Please note, the minimum notice period to vacate a property is 1 month after the minimum tenancy term has ended ( normally 6 months)
Please return to Mintland Properties Ltd by hand or make arrangements directly with us by email or telephone.
You may contact one of the staff at Mintland Properties Ltd who will arrange for a spare key, which you must collect from our agency. For this, you must leave a £20 deposit which will be returned upon returning your spare key.
The deposit is normally refunded within 10 working days after you have moved out in accordance with the rules of the deposit scheme directly into your bank account
If you would like to renew your tenancy agreement, you must contact the office at least one month prior to the tenancy expiring and we will then let you know if it can be renewed
